Did you know that we are now 2 ½ years into our life as Gambit Nash? Where has the time gone… Our business has been around for well over 40 years, however, just before the start of 2015 we decided to merge Gambit Graphics with Shop Made and Acuica Ltd. Bringing all of our skills together to build one leading creative agency.

Now that we are well into our second year we thought now would be the best time to start introducing ourselves into the local community. Which is why we have decided to sponsor a local networking event within the village of Barnt Green.

But our main question is why should you take part in local networking events? Why should you take the time out of your day to come and engage with fellow business owners and professionals?

Meeting Local Businesses

Whenever you think ‘Networking event’ you may think of some massive hall within the NEC full our business who are situated throughout the United Kingdom. However, our networking event is nowhere near the scale of this. Our event is a small get together at a local restaurant, giving you the opportunity to meet with a pass on experiences with neighbouring businesses.

Making Connections

The saying goes “It’s not what you know, it’s who you know” Making connections is a vital part of any business, regardless of what type of business it’s always handy to know people in different sectors.

Creating Opportunities

Taking part in a local networking event can lead to some great opportunities. Whether it is partnerships or client leads, the possibilities are endless. There is always going to be someone who will benefit from your skill set. The best way to find this out is to attend.

We are going to provide you with food and drink throughout the event so all you need to do is bring yourselves and your business cards! You will also have the opportunity to give a 3-minute talk about your business, allowing everyone to know what you do and a brief history on how you came to be.
