Paul Eaton (Partner)
Paul has over 30 years in the creative industry and has grown up experiencing the changes from physical materials to the digital.
Paul’s print knowledge has enabled Gambit Nash to save many 1000’s of pounds for its customers making this a valuable arm to the business and its offerings.
Paul has helped grow Gambit Nash into a multi facetted digital agency building websites, bespoke development, traffic building services and technical consultancy to make it a multichannel agency.
Craig Menzies (Partner)
Craig is a creative design professional with extensive experience across multiple design disciplines.
He has a sharp eye for detail, aesthetics and trends, backed by a strong working technical knowledge. From ideation, research, conceptualisation and prototyping through to final development, Craig has spent his career in the production of compelling and intuitive software systems, digital media, unique identities and websites for clients ranging from SMEs to global organisations.
Craig’s approach is methodical and thorough. He is focused on maximising the quality of user experience through interaction design principles and aesthetics, whilst ensuring a balance of creativity, usability, branding and his clients’ business goals. He works closely with both creative and technical teams and can manage multiple projects, on tight deadlines, to specification and within budget.
David Pearson (Partner)
David has over thirty years experience in the Design & Print industry, he is accomplished in all aspects of graphic design and photography.
He was there at the start of the Desk Top Publishing revolution, cutting his teeth with software applications such as Pagemaker, QuarkXpress, Letrastudio, Freehand and of course the early incarnations of Photoshop. David is an expert in Mac OSX and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Paul Rone-Clarke (Partner)
An Internet marketing professional with 18 years’ experience in the field. Paul earned his Doctorate in the field of supply chain logistics and has been in the Digital Marketing industry since before Google came on the scene.
Paul’s aim as an online marketer is to establish best practice techniques to market websites to interested parties within the ever evolving world of the Internet. While this has always included search engine optimisation, it has diversified into the channels used online including the use of WEB2.0 communities, social media, email and direct marketing.
Paul’s long career as a Digital Marketer has seen him work with clients of all types, sizes and across many industry sectors. He now heads up Gambit Nash’s digital marketing team and is taking our client focussed, flexible and value creating propositions to new audiences and clients across the globe.
Issy is an Account Manager/ client liaison at Gambit Nash she graduated from a Creative Media Studies course at the City of Oxford College.
Issy works closely with all departments within Gambit Nash and helps to ensure the smooth running between customers and project teams. She often offers valuable insight and contributes herself to the creative process making her an invaluable member of the team.

Mark Menzies (Partner)
Mark has worked on systems for companies such as Jaguar Land Rover, Lloyds TSB, Travelex, Hobbycraft and Halfords. He has twenty years of experience in developing scalable and robust IT solutions. His skills cover many aspects of computing from Analysis & Design through development to Project Management.
Mark consistently delivers high quality solutions, on time and within budget using agile methodology. His development style pays particular attention to reliability, scalability and reusability based upon solid systems architecture.
Lee Mason (Partner)
Lee takes control of a project, providing architectural wisdom ensuring your vision is translated to a stable, maintainable platform for growth. He provides consultancy for development teams, workflow recommendations (Agile cycles, TDD, Source control strategies), and software development.
Dan is passionate for all areas of Information Technology with a deep interest in the many aspects of IT, from home computers and mobile devices to enterprise systems and networks.
He has a variety of skills in areas such as Software Development and scripting (C++/Java/VB.NET/Lua/Shell), Web Development including browser technologies (HTML5/CSS3/JS) and server-side programming (PHP/ASP.NET), Active Directory management and integration (Kerberos and LDAP), Single-Sign-On (SSO) solutions and Server management (including VMware ESXi), monitoring and administration as well as network and systems security.
Experienced Software Developer and Systems Administrator

Our newest team member Dan is an accomplished professional with a proven track record in full-stack development. Dan completed a web development apprenticeship back in 2016 and since then has worked on a wide variety of differing projects.
With over 8 years of experience in the industry, Dan is well-versed in various technologies, including but not limited to, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, MySQL, JS, PHP, Laravel, VueJS, React, WordPress and Drupal. He is knowledgeable when it comes to working with various API’s whether they be custom-built for a client or widely used within the industry.
Paul is a senior technology and business transformation professional with a proven track record of delivering operational efficiencies and customer service benefits. Working in senior roles at the interface of business and technology for the last 20 years, Paul has highly developed business change and programme / project management skills.
Maintaining a hands on and customer value driven approach throughout his career, Paul has personally led numerous £10m+ enterprise-wide business change and ICT programmes from design, justification, and implementation through to benefits realisation.
Paul is now working with a number of small and medium sized companies in the technology, developing business strategies and driving up revenue growth, in addition to working with large public sector organisations.
