Today we received a wonderful testimonial from a very valued client. We started to work with All Things Wild in January 2015. Over the past eighteen months our relationship with this client has grown and the results reflect our effective digital marketing method allied to their excellent product.
There were three primary objectives for this client.
- These were to raise awareness of the brand through the use of social media channels like Facebook and Twitter.
- Increase web traffic to their site.
- To get more customers through their turnstiles
Challenges and How We Overcame Them
Along our journey with All Things Wild we have had some challenges. These were things that ourselves and the All Things Wild team overcame with persistence and focus. Initially their new website was unranked by Google. This proved problematic, however due to our knowledge in SEO we completely restructured their website and made all the content fully optimised for better search engine performance.
When we initially started our partnership with All Things Wild, their website was averaging 1,603 visitors each month. after 18 months in partnership, our recent figures show they are receiving 8,187 visitors a month. We have also quadrupled the amount of Facebook ‘likes’ to over 8,000 and they have received over 15,000 ‘likes’ on their content.
All Things Wild operates in a very competitive market. Locally West Midlands Safari Park and other high profile outdoor nature centres to go up against. There was strong local competition. We overcame this by working closely with All Things Wild to create engaging and interesting content for their viewers to read through. Making sure that all of the content that we crafted together was optimised to fit each social channel required. effectively broadcasting this content at the correct time of day. Over time we built strong brand awareness which translated into increased visitor levels and a postive attitude towards All Things Wild
In the past 18 months that we have been working with All Things Wild we have been able to see a relationship grow between two unique and interesting businesses and we are looking forward to our future work with the nature centre.
